BMay Steakhouse is now Halal Certified

When opening a restaurant, I always thought: "Delicious is not enough, customers need peace of mind."
Therefore, I decided to cooperate with an organization specializing in certifying cooking skills according to Halal standards: Halal Authority Vietnam (HAV).
This journey was not simple:
📌 Prepare documents, review each process from the kitchen to the dining table.
📌 Welcome experts to check the reality.
📌 Receive small ideas that turn out to be extremely important.

"Teacher" from HAV came to BMay, Phu Quoc to present the Halal topics.
There were times when I felt pressured, but my team and I considered this an opportunity to learn and improve quality. And then, the day we received the certificate, we were overwhelmed with happiness. It was not just a piece of paper, it was also recognition for collective efforts and trust sent to customers. 💯

👉 The biggest lesson: Certification is just the beginning. The important thing is to maintain that standard every day, in every dish, every customer experience.
